Terms of Service

By creating an account or using smartseo.cc, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf.

smartseo.cc researches keywords, generates SEO content using third-party AI models, and can publish that content to websites and platforms you connect. Content is generated by AI and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, particularly on autopilot or automatic publishing settings.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Plan limits (websites, monthly articles) are described on the pricing page and enforced in the product. Downgrading or canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive search engines or readers in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

When you connect a destination such as WordPress, you authorize smartseo.cc to publish content to that destination on your instruction. You are responsible for complying with that platform's own terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, smartseo.cc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including content generated by AI models.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
